I remember first hearing about the Carnivore diet from a friend and thinking that it was just another diet fad. Then a few months later I gave it a try. For those not familiar with the diet its a diet based on the consumption of meats but primarily red meats. So I started the diet eating alot of beef. One of the great things to enjoy about beginning this diet is that you can eat as much as you want to. No joke eat up! But the key is to limit your carbs. The way this works is by eating lots of animal protein and fats your body learns to consume fats first for energy instead of carbs. Soon you'll start to see the excess fat you may have get literally eaten up.
